Clearinghouse and Dissemination of Information

Abstract: This funding supports the maintenance and expansion of a collection of materials on gangs, delinquency and illegal drug use prevention, criminal law, and related topics and the dissemination of this information through the CESAR FAX and website. The goal of these tasks is to ensure the availability of current, accurate, and useful information to law enforcement personnel, service providers, policymakers, researchers, students, and other concerned citizens. The CESAR Fax, library, and web site will provide access to a broad spectrum of information on the nature and extent of substance abuse, its relation to other problems, and its treatment and prevention.
